Refund policy

We hope you love every purchase from The Sorrel Cowgirl. But we understand that you may need to return a purchase. Returns are only eligible if the product has original tagging, has been unworn, and is free of any scent. 

There is a 14-day return window after receiving your product. Any returns outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted. 

All sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return. 

If you would like to make a return, please email The Sorrel Cowgirl (@thesorrelcowgirl@outlook.com) to confirm return eligibility. If your return is confirmed, instructions will be included in our response email. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If a purchase is sent back to The Sorrel Cowgirl but does not meet return requirements, the customer will be held responsible for shipping costs to have The Sorrel Cowgirl send it back.

Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed, and to receive store credit. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
